I’m Matt Woollett. I’ve spent 25 years in IT and the last 15 leading technology in healthcare, diagnostics, MedTech and other regulated environments. My job is usually to listen carefully, work out what is actually going on, and help the organisation get moving again — without drama and without selling a methodology.

I’ll challenge where it’s useful, stay quiet where it isn’t, and try to leave things in better shape than I found them.
